From Spiderman comics, to Jr. Jays, to The Mag it is today; The Magazine has done it all. The Magazine is a great read for Canadian youth. It publishes interesting columns monthly, and never fails to entertain. It is definitely one of the more, "community-based" magazines. They take their readers opinions seriously, and are constantly improving their already perfect product.
The Magazine comes jam-packed with great articles on just about every subject that matters to teens. Inside, you'll find Hollywood gossip, DVD/CD reviews, a (true) scary-story column, and much more. Readers can also submit their own thoughts through mail (vocals, pop can), or by phone (phone tag)! Readers can submit their own artwork as well in Drawring.
Personally, my favorite part of The Mag is "Screamgal's News of the Weird". Its hilarious what some people do. The last one I read was how stupid some laws in other countries are (e.g. in Oregon, its illegal to walk down the street backwards while eating a donut!).
All in all, The Magazine is a great read for teens, and is highly recommended. Go get your subscription today!
